TheSacredValley.com, by offering the services, is the only actor or agent with the capacity to modify, restrict or expand the terms of this contract or document. In this sense, TheSacredValley.com will provide the services to the clients, the second actor of the service contract. Who must previously read and understand these conditions at the time of booking the tours they wish to take.
The client, as a second party, at the time of acquiring the services offered by TheSacredValley.com, accepts the terms and conditions set forth in this document. It is important to read it carefully, since the same terms and conditions will apply to all tours, with the exception of tours that include Machu Picchu. These have some variations.
Please remember that you can ask any questions you may have at the time of booking and when contacting our travel advisors. They will resolve any queries you may have to avoid confusion or misunderstandings. This way, you can access the services with complete confidence.
TheSacredValley.com is a website dedicated to offering services and tourist packages in the Sacred Valley of the Incas, Cusco and Machu Picchu. The priority of this website is to show all the destinations such as archaeological sites, modern buildings and even activities that can be found in this place.
The services offered are tourist packages that include everything necessary to make the trip. That is, they will include transportation services, entrance tickets and even a guide service. In some cases, the client can choose not to purchase one of the services because the customization of each of the adventures is also offered.
In the case of tours, you will be provided with an itinerary of activities with approximate times to be carried out. However, the itinerary may change due to weather conditions, unexpected events produced naturally, traffic congestion, protests and the like. TheSacredValley.com may change the itinerary and the activities to be carried out in order to protect the integrity of its clients.

When purchasing one or more services offered on the website TheSacredValley.com, the customer must fill out a form. The form will only ask for registration data. It is important that the registered data is legal and also similar to that which appears on the passport or identity document.
The form will also indicate that you agree to the terms and conditions. Once you submit the booking form, the payment form will be enabled. If you wish to make the payment at that time, you can do so. Likewise, an email will be sent to you indicating the reservation for the pending payment.
As for payment, it can be made through different payment methods. Once the payment has been made, the reservation of the service will be confirmed once 100% or the total cost of the requested service has been paid. In the email confirming the payment and the service, the ticket or receipt with the details of the purchase will also be sent to you. In this way, you will only have to wait for the day of the tour or trip.

TheSacredValley.com, by offering services through virtual platforms, allows payment by digital means. These include credit or debit cards affiliated with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club and also digital payments such as PayPal.

This is made easier by the fact that at TheSacredValley.com, we have a team that specializes in tours of the Sacred Valley, Machu Picchu and other destinations near Cusco.
In the case of TheSacredValley.com, we can only make some changes and modifications to the itineraries, prices, services and other details linked only to the services offered. In addition, the changes will be for the purpose of improving or updating some data.
On the other hand, the client may make modifications and changes to the tour. These changes only involve modification of data and start dates of the tour. Transfers of a tour to other users may also be made. To do this, the client must request the change, taking into account the penalties and advance notice.
In the event that TheSacredValley.com modifies data so that it appears incorrectly, there is no cost. That is, the client can check the correction or modification of the data and request the modification.
In the event that the client has entered any data incorrectly and later decides to rectify or modify it, he/she will have to request the rectification. Likewise, this new modification once the reservation has been sent will have a cost as stipulated in the penalties indicated.
Changes and modifications made by contacting us will only be attended to during the following hours: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. In addition, changes and modifications must be sent clearly and concisely to the email info@machupicchuterra.com.
Machu Picchu, being one of the most visited destinations in Peru, has its own rules for visiting and even terms and conditions. For this reason, we, as a tourism agency registered with the Ministry of Culture, have to abide by what is imposed by the regulatory body for entrance tickets to Machu Picchu.
In this regard, we must indicate that it will not be possible to make changes or modifications once the reservation has been made. Therefore, it is recommended that the reservation be made with complete confidence, carefully reviewing the data and paying close attention to the travel date. The latter, in the case of the client, since the client will be responsible for accepting the travel date.
As a security and trust measure, TheSacredValley.com offers the option to cancel the service, tour or reservation acquired through the virtual platform. This will only apply to some tours. For example, in the case of Machu Picchu, it has its own restrictions.
Tours through the Sacred Valley of the Incas do have the option of cancellation. For this, there will be a penalty of 25% of the amount paid. The refund of a cancellation will only allow you to receive a refund of 75%.
In order to be able to cancel the service in a timely manner, it is recommended to do so well before 3 days before the start of the tour or service. These 3 days are established as the limit for any type of cancellation or even modification. Remember that in the case of Machu Picchu there are other regulations, which we will detail below.
For tours that include Machu Picchu as a destination, cancellations are possible, but not changes or modifications. The penalty imposed will be 50% of the tour price. To access this option, cancellation must be made within 5 days of the tour date.
The confidentiality of the data registered on TheSacredValley.com will be used only for the purpose of generating the reservations or services requested by the client. In this sense, confidentiality is ensured for the proper use of the same.
The registration of the registered data will be sent by email in the reservations that are made. On the other hand, the information of your data will be shared with the Ministry of Culture of Peru and the agents in charge of making reservations for entrance tickets for visits to the archaeological sites.
TheSacredValley.com, being a mediator and operator of the different services required to make the tour through Cusco and Machu Picchu, is not responsible if the data provided by the Client is not the same as the passport or identity document. It is the Client’s sole responsibility to make the reservation in the best possible way.
The Sacred Valley of the Incas is located in Cusco and weather conditions may vary on certain dates without prior notice. In this regard, TheSacredValley.com is not responsible for weather conditions, natural disasters, other accidents and even social conflicts that hinder the free circulation of our vehicles. Since trips cannot be made by agents external to TheSacredValley.com, the changes and cancellations set out in the Terms and Conditions document will apply.
In the event that you carry luggage, backpacks or any other equipment, this will be the sole responsibility of the client. TheSacredValley.com is not responsible for the total or partial loss of your luggage or equipment that you carry.
In the unfortunate event that one or more of the Clients show no interest in the tours or circuits through the archaeological sites and decide to do so on their own despite the guide’s instructions, they may be removed from the rest of the activities. Likewise, TheSacredValley.com ensures a safe tour and respect for each of the archaeological sites and will not hesitate to file a complaint in the event of any grievance or disturbance so that the Peruvian authorities take up the case.
Another equally important factor is that TheSacredValley.com is not responsible if the Client does not respond, arrives late or misses the tour. In the event of a last minute cancellation, TheSacredValley.com is exempt from any responsibility, refund or cancellation. In this situation the Client will be given a “no show” or “No Show”, thus losing any possibility of claim.
